Loyalty Program

Soto Signature Salon and Spa’s Beauty Circle is our loyalty program. All guests are automatically enrolled and begin earning points automatically!

Purchases of services, products, tools, scheduling appointments before you leave, trying new services and referring friends are all ways your earn points.

Keep an eye on your receipt, that’s where your total points to date can be found. When you get to 500 points you can get $10 off a service of $50 or more, 1000 points and you can get $20 off!

Commitment to Quality

All of our service providers complete an intensive training program as an associate with one of our educators. This one on one training is where our most talented and experienced professionals take a new team member under their wing. During this period of training a series of both practical and technical skills are learned. Our goal for consistent and exceptional guest care is possible by this coaching and mentoring program. Soto’s professionals work as a team and regularly consult with each other, the result is great synergy, constant inspiration and a positive environment for our guests and team!

Our team keeps their technical skill current with on-going continuing education both inside and outside the salon and spa. Please ask your service provider about the exciting new trends and techniques they are learning currently. They will share their excitement with enthusiasm as they travel and attend workshops to expand their knowledge and their eye for the current looks.

Soto’s individual service provider’s pricing is determined upon the range of experience, education and demand of their time. As our service providers grow in their career they are promoted within our company on level system that starts at the associate level and grow over the years of service to our higher levels of 1,2,3,4,etc.

Appointments & Cancellations

Soto Signature Salon & Spa is now requiring a credit card to hold reservations 45 minutes or longer. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation, 24-48 hours notice by phone call is required.

  • Packages: If 48 hours notice is not given, the card on file will be charged for $50.
  • Microblading & Lash Extension Deposits will be non-refundable without 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
  • If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours, 50% of the service that was scheduled or $25 minimum will be charged.
  • No shows are included under this policy and will be charged for the entire amount of the service scheduled.
  • Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation then we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.
